Mark your calendars for one of the year’s most exciting events: the Annual Carnival and Silent Auction on Friday, April 26, from 4-7 pm! The Alderwood PTA invites you to an evening filled with fun and excitement.

This event is a highlight of the school year, requiring a team of volunteers to make it a success. From running carnival booths to operating the popcorn machine and selling tickets, there’s something for everyone to do. We’re calling on each room parent to recruit two parents to assist with the Silent Auction, so please get involved and help us make this event memorable.  Please Volunteer & Help Us Succeed!.

Please note that event is open to siblings and friends as well. To enjoy unlimited carnival games, playtime in the inflatables, and popcorn, be sure to purchase your wristband in advance: Login To Your PTA Account and Purchase The Wristband!  You must log in to the PTA website before you can make a purchase. Wristbands will be available for pick up on the day of the event.

We’re also looking for volunteers to shape the board and keep things running smoothly for the next school year. Don't want to wait in long lines at the carnival? You can buy your wristband online now! Plus, next week, from Monday 4/22 to Thursday 4/25, you can get them before or after school. Just buy in advance, and pick them up on carnival day without any fuss. 

Purchase your wristbands at our PTA Store for $20 each. Remember that you must log in to the PTA website before you can make a purchase. (Wristbands are only required for students who will be participating). 

The Alderwood PTA Silent Auction begins next week, starting online on Monday, and ending at the Spring Carnival Friday night! The annual track-and-field event is open to Irvine Unified School District students in grades 4 through 8, and is a key fundraising effort for the Irvine Children’s Fund, which provides scholarships for before- and after-school child care to low-income working families in the school district.
