Dear Alderwood Families,

As we finish our Fall Pledge campaign, I want to give a big thank you to  Ana Lucia Loghmani, Joyce Hsu, the PTA Board, and all the wonderful volunteers who helped make this event possible. It takes all of us working together to make these events a success, and I am so grateful for the support of our whole community.

I also want to thank Cindy Cole for her kindness in helping us with the Gratitude Challenge, where we collected dry food for Family Forward. Our goal was to collect 800 items to give our students extra recess time. Although we collected about 500 items, we are still very thankful for your generous donations.

November is a month to give thanks, and I want to personally thank each one of you for your support. I am grateful for the trust you have placed in me to serve as PTA President. Together, we continue to accomplish amazing things for our school and our community.

It’s time to show off your talents and shine on stage! We’re excited to invite all Alderwood Elementary students to participate in our upcoming Talent Show! 

Whether you love to sing, dance, play an instrument, or have a special skill, this is your chance to share it with the school community.
